2026 Vision Clinic Schedule

July: July 8 - 10 (Wednesday - Friday)

September: September 10& 11 (Thursday & Friday)

November: November 12 & 13 (Thursday & Friday)

All clinic days have a morning and an afternoon shift.

  • Morning: 8AM-12PM

  • Afternoon: 12:30PM-4:30PM

What’s involved?

  • Learn easy-to-use optometry tools

  • Work directly with patients

  • Help the Moab community get free glasses!

  • Brief, onsite training provided

  • Lunch for volunteers included

  • Must be 18+

370+ Vision Care Appointments in 2025

In 2025, we hosted three Vision Clinics—all staffed by volunteers. Volunteers at our January, May, and October clinics made possible:

  • 372 vision care appointments—provided at no cost to Moab community members

  • $186,000 in estimated cost savings to the Moab community

60 individual volunteers provided:

  • 320 total hours

  • 30 translation hours

  • 290 clinical hours
