All MFHC volunteers are covered under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).

This answers questions about the federal policy concerning FTCA coverage and free clinics and how we use your information to stay in compliance. Liability coverage for all medical and non-medical volunteers is provided under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA).
